When Phil Entzminger visited Rome with his family in 2017, he and the rest of the family were able to make their own pasta and take a tour of the Vatican. Soon after that, Phil Entzminger's father then treated him and his family to a safari park in South Africa, where they were able to get up close and personal with giraffes, lions, rhinoceros, elephants, hippopotamus, zebras, and antelope. When the family wasn't communing with the wild animals in South Africa, they got to pay golf, which is one of Phil Entzminger's favorite games, although he admits to not being very good.
In addition to traveling and playing golf, Phil Entzminger also enjoys listening to music especially jazz. In fact, he makes regular trips to New Orleans to experience what he considers "real" jazz. Phil enjoys Harry Connick Jr. and other modern jazz players, like . Greg Osby, Charles Gayle and Jacob Collier, who happens to be a particular favorite. He admits to avoiding most jazz-rock fusion, although he does like some of it and considers it all relaxing enough to make sitting back with a hot cup of coffee and listen to Connick one of his favorite ways to relax.
